Agreement

By downloading or using Floating Head, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

What you get

Floating Head is a macOS application that displays your camera feed in a floating, always-on-top window. It is distributed through the Mac App Store. Your purchase is subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Requirements

• macOS 14.0 (Sonoma) or later
• A built-in or connected camera
• Camera permission granted in System Settings

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use Floating Head, including the content you display and record using the app. Respect the privacy of others when using camera features.

No warranty

Floating Head is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While every effort is made to keep the app working well, there is no guarantee that it will be free of bugs or interruptions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Floating Head.

Intellectual property

Floating Head, including its name, logo, and code, is the intellectual property of its developer. You may not redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
